some thoughts on how i am in the world in this season, and how you might experience me
i sense into the undercurrents. listen, see, feel into the tiny threads between us, threads that haven’t emerged yet but are trying to make their way up to the surface from the depths, from the liminalities between us all. i help them surface through the truth of my own resonance. there is always a collaborative field amidst us: human beings and other beings, ancestors and energies. i connect deeply with the ecologies, the tapestries, the fields i find myself in, and then i speak to the webs i’m noticing. whether facilitating groups or working in individual sessions, i am always noticing, tracking, translating, relating.
my relationships to the stars and tarot archetypes are ones of devotion. when i look to the stars in your chart and the way they make up your human design, i relate to them as brilliant whole complex beings, shining light on slices of you and me. together we make constellations. they help me tune into our fields. even when our work is not about stars, it is always about constellation.
story is here too. i make sense of these vast wide stretchy webs through story, story that is always shifting and shimmering. when we find new characters, we might find new chapters. when we tune in to the allies and widen the view, we recontextualize, and our narratives are loosened to scramble and reform. i am always tuning into the altered story available amidst a backdrop of both fresh and ancient mythologies.
for me, everything is a field, everything is a story. reading the field, reading the chart, reading the cards is about weaving between presence and story. reaching for the ecologies. marking moments of intention and release with ritual.
the things that i offer might take us to a new place. gentle and sometimes sharp clarity that might transform into next steps. insight, facilitation, leadership, trust, containment. holding process and moving towards transformation, which is both loss and creation. making space for loss and noticing creation.
i am deeply moved, shaped, woven and rewoven by my many teachers and guides: human and otherwise, worldly and otherworldly. they shine through my thoughts and my work. some of their names are merlin, rooney, aspen, ocean, rose, redwood, reiki, sualocin, vega, saturn, meital yaniv, kelsey tortorice, maeg keane, sasha ravitch, and jo kent katz.
i identify with the mythology i learned from maeg present in the second decan of aquarius (home of my saturn, sun, and mercury), mythology of the boat navigator. an oarsman who doesn’t belong to the land or the sea but belongs in the boat that traverses between. i navigate the waters with a boat made of devotion, trust, love, and energy; seaweed, roses, clay, and moss. welcome in.
